At My House... I successfully processed 6 loads of washing over yesterday and today. I actually got to the bottom of the washing baskets. Is there anything more satisfying?
There is a bottom? Not sure I have seen it for years. Not since having children anyway. Well done, I am impressed. I will keep dreaming of seeing the bottom, one day.
Washing clothes is my favourite household chore. Probably because it is easy and I love the satisfaction at the bottom of the basket as well. Unlike Cinti though, I don't iron - just a few times a year for a special event - I know some of you will be horrified and others nod in agreement. I like to buy things that don't need ironing (and I'm now used to the un-ironed look I suspect). Good on you for being organised enough to use the beautiful weather.
Well done Kate - that is quite the feat! Last time I made it to the bottom I discovered mould in all of the 'need handwashing' woollens from the winter before.....
